Introduction & Scope

At Vryfide ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing a transparent, trusted, and high-quality ecosystem for verified hiring, career growth, and professional learning. Due to the digital nature of our services, the instant access granted upon purchase, and the significant administrative & verification resources involved, all payments made to Vryfide are strictly non-refundable. This No Refund Policy applies to all users, including but not limited to employees, employers, learners, and counselors.

NO REFUNDS ONCE SUBSCRIBED, ENROLLED, OR PAID — REGARDLESS OF USAGE LEVEL.

By completing any payment transaction on Vryfide (including subscription fees, course fees, verification charges, counselor service fees, or any other paid service), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this No Refund Policy.

Definitions

"Subscription"

Any recurring or one-time payment made to access premium employer features, advanced employee tools, or premium platform functionalities (e.g., employer subscription plans, employee premium access).

"Course" or "Learning Product"

Any educational course, training program, certification, workshop, e-learning module, or digital content sold by Vryfide to help professionals upskill or reskill.

"Counselor Services"

Any career counseling session, consultation package, mentorship program, resume review, or advisory service provided by counselors or career experts through the Vryfide platform.

"Verification Fee"

The one-time charge paid by employees or employers for the dual-verification process (credential validation, background check, identity confirmation).

"User"

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses any paid Vryfide service.

General No‑Refund Rule

All payments are final. Vryfide does not provide refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for any fees paid, regardless of the following circumstances:

Non-usage of the subscription or service after payment
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with platform features (except as covered under legal warranties)
Inability to complete a course due to personal reasons
Inability to find a job or hire a candidate through the platform
Technical issues from the user's end (e.g., incompatible device, internet connectivity)
Early cancellation of a subscription before the billing period ends
Duplication of payment due to user error — such cases will be reviewed for credit adjustment only, never cash refund, except where required by law

Important: Once you purchase a subscription, enroll in a course, book a counselor session, or pay for verification services, you waive the right to request a refund, even if you have not utilized the service.

Subscriptions – No Refunds

Vryfide offers various subscription plans for employers (job posting plans, talent search plans) and employees (premium profile plans, job alert plans). By subscribing, you agree that:

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable in whole or in part.
If you cancel your subscription during an active billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle, but no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period.
Any unused portion of a subscription period (days, weeks, or months) is not eligible for a refund or credit toward future subscriptions.
Automatic renewals: If you fail to cancel before the renewal date, the next billing cycle will be charged, and such charges are final and non-refundable.

Example: If you purchase a 12‑month employer subscription and decide to cancel after 2 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 10 months. Access continues until month 12.

Courses & Learning Products – No Refund

Vryfide sells professional courses, skill development programs, and certification content ("Courses") designed to help individuals advance their careers. Because digital courses provide immediate access to materials (videos, documents, quizzes, resources) upon purchase, no refunds are offered for any course, regardless of completion status or satisfaction.

You acknowledge that by enrolling in any paid course, you have the opportunity to review the course syllabus, curriculum overview, and sample content (where available) before purchase.
No refund will be issued for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases (credit may be adjusted in rare cases of proven system error, but cash refund excluded).
If you are unable to complete the course due to personal circumstances, the fee will not be refunded, nor will any extension be granted without an upgrade fee (where applicable).
Courses purchased through promotional discounts or bundles are also strictly non-refundable.

Course Refund Clause: ALL COURSE SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including change of mind, lack of time, difficulty with content, or technical incompatibility.

Counselor Services – No Refund

Vryfide connects users with professional career counselors, resume experts, interview coaches, and mentorship specialists ("Counselor Services"). When you book and pay for a counselor session or a consulting package, the payment is entirely non-refundable.

Once a counseling session is confirmed (paid for), no refunds will be issued even if you miss the session, arrive late, or decide to discontinue the service.
If you cancel a scheduled session less than 24 hours before the appointment, the fee is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling credit (except in cases of documented emergencies subject to management discretion, but never cash refund, only possible reschedule).
Multi-session packages (e.g., 5-session career mentorship): Unused sessions are not refundable or transferable to another user.
If you are dissatisfied with the counselor's advice or performance, Vryfide will investigate, but refunds will not be granted. In exceptional cases, a credit toward a different counselor may be offered at Vryfide's sole discretion, but never a monetary refund.

Counselor Services Notice: All counselor bookings are final sale. We encourage users to review counselor profiles, ratings, and specializations before booking.

Verification & Background Check Fees

The dual-verification process (identity, employment history, educational credentials) involves third-party checks, manual reviews, and administrative overhead. Once the verification fee is paid and the process is initiated, Vryfide incurs non-recoverable costs. Therefore, verification fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if:

The user fails to provide required documents within the stipulated time.
The verification outcome is negative (e.g., discrepancy found).
The user decides to cancel the verification mid-process.

If you are not eligible for verification due to policy reasons (e.g., underage, invalid region) before the verification process starts, Vryfide may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward other services, but never a cash refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

While Vryfide maintains a strict no-refund policy, the following rare situations may be reviewed for account credit (not cash refund):

Duplicate payment due to technical glitch: If the system erroneously charges you twice for the same service, Vryfide will issue a credit equal to the duplicate amount toward future platform services, after verification.
Service unavailability for extended period: If a paid service (e.g., a specific course) is completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to Vryfide's platform outage, you may request a pro-rated credit toward another service.

In all cases, monetary refunds will never be provided unless mandated by applicable consumer laws in India (e.g., statutory warranties). Vryfide’s liability in any event is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Legal Note: This policy complies with Indian contract law and digital service provisions. By using Vryfide, you explicitly agree that all payments are voluntary and final.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Vryfide’s support team, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. You agree to pay all costs, legal fees, and collection expenses incurred by Vryfide in connection with any chargeback that contradicts this No Refund Policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and present this policy as conclusive evidence of your agreement.

Acknowledgment of No Refund Policy

By registering, subscribing, purchasing a course, booking counselor services, or paying any fee to Vryfide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this No Refund Policy. You agree that all digital services, subscriptions, courses, and counseling engagements are deemed fully delivered at the time of purchase (access granted or service reserved), and therefore no refunds will be provided.

You expressly waive any right to seek a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment for any Vryfide service, including but not limited to subscription fees, course fees, counselor fees, and verification fees.

Changes to This Policy

Vryfide reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via email or platform notification.
